What Kevin tells you about, and where.
Kevin notifies you about its own work — processing finishing, exports completing, share links being opened — and nothing else. There are no digests and no engagement email.
What you get

Where they appear
In the bell in the top bar, and by email for anything you would want to know while away from the app. You choose which categories email you in profile settings.
Processing on a large claim takes several minutes. Turn on the email for it and go do something else — you do not need to watch the screen.
