Depreciation schedules

Choosing one per claim, and building your own.

A schedule is chosen per claim, not globally — an independent adjuster works for several carriers under different guidelines, and depreciation is a policy matter rather than a company-wide setting.

What ships

  • An industry-standard straight-line schedule, used by default on every new claim.
  • A bracketed alternative, where a percentage is looked up by class and age band.

Building your own

On intake, choose Add new schedule. Give it a name, pick the method, set useful life per content class, and set the maximum depreciation. It becomes selectable on any future claim, and the name prints on the PDF so the reader knows which one produced the numbers.

Whatever you pick, the calculation happens on the server. That is what guarantees the worksheet and the exported file agree exactly.
